Return your items free at our store. If your return is due to change of mind then just make sure you present in store with proof of purchase (within 30 days from purchase) and that your item meets the return conditions.
Please choose carefully when purchasing merchandise designated as clearance in store and online, as change of mind returns will not be accepted. Subject to availability, an exchange for an identical item (same style etc) may be provided.
Our policy including the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

Shop online and place your order before 1pm for pick-up in-store within 3 hours. Available 7 days a week.
- If your order is in stock at the store and your order is placed before 1pm, we'll have it ready for you to collect in 3 hours
- If your order is in stock at the store and you order after 1pm, your order will be ready to collect after 10am the next day
When your order is ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know it's time to head into the store. Remember to bring a copy of the email and some photo ID with you.
